2024 PINK
Rosé of Grenache & Mourvèdre

The 2024 Pink begins its crescendo with a delicate, lingering nose of summer fruits and tangy candied lilac. The first sip envelops the palate in lively acidity and a dusting of minerality. Mixed berries unfold into ripe cantaloupe and watermelon rind, while semi-tart raspberry and watermelon Jolly Rancher echo through the finish.
Winemaker Notes: "The 2024 Pink is a vibrant blend crafted from five small rosé lots, fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels. The blend is anchored by 42% direct-to-press Grenache from Two Hills Vineyard, harvested on 09/09/2024 at 23.4° Brix. The remainder is composed of Grenache and Mourvèdre saignée lots from Booker West Vineyard (Previously Caliza Vineyard), Mark Lambooy Vineyard, and Two Hills Vineyard, each receiving no more than two hours of skin contact before pressing. A selection of yeasts was employed across the lots—some chosen to enhance aromatic intensity, others to build complexity, spice, and mouthfeel—resulting in a layered, expressive style of rosé."
