Grenache is a fighter, a battler.  There is an amazing balance of lively red fruit characters along with a few dark, spice filled black overtones which seem to coat your palate and linger forever in this wine.  During fermentation we used a combination of gentle daily punch downs and occasional délestage (rack & return) wine movements for soft tannin extraction and development of a full mouthfeel and mid-pallet textures.
