A combination of early and late picks of Grenache that saw 24 hours of skin contact, the 2023 "Pink" offers layers of passion fruit, cranberries, and mineral notes of crushed gravel. At first sip the rosé is tangy and fresh then opens to light cream that fills the palate. Notes of linalool and watermelon dwell on a mouthwatering and complex finish.
