Nose: The 2022 End of the Day Cabernet Sauvignon is packed full of everything you want from this variety grown in Paso Robles. The wine opens with a beautiful toasted bouquet of mocha, cherry licorice and cedar, while savory tea leaves last through the entire experience.

Palate: The wine is rustic and sweet with earthy tones, more dried tea leaves, underbrush, and vanilla bean on a decadent and lengthy finish.

Winemaking: This Cabernet Sauvignon was made from grapes sourced from several vineyards in Paso Robles, chosen for their unique fruit and flavor profiles. Each lot was fermented separately, then blended and aged for 15 months in 24% new French Oak and 76% neutral French oak. The result is a rich, fruity wine with savory and mocha aromas.
