Fermented and aged in French oak barrels. A high percentage of new barrels used providing a full, rich mouthfeel with toasty notes and yet the fruit characteristics are very forward and expressive. Try this one with roasted chicken or grilled and/or pan seared scallops and you'll be in heaven.
