This wine is ready to drink!  If you are lucky enough to still have a bottle or more of this lying around we would highly recommend popping that cork and enjoying.  It is tasting great right now and is really seeing its peak.  This southern Rhone style blend is actually dominated by Syrah and complemented well with its Mourvedre and Grenache counterparts.  A beautiful GSM that is still packed with fruit after all these years.  

An explosion of dark ripe cherry with hint of cocoa on the nose coupled with granite minerality and bold tannins lead you to a long lasting finish and a wine that will please beyond your wildest expectations.
