Winemaker's Notes:
"Comprised of 85% Derby West Vineyard and 15% Bovino Vineyard, grapes from each vineyard were pressed immediately after harvest and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. After fermenation, the wine aged in a mixture of stainless steel and neutral oak barrels to retain aromatic complexity and intensity. "
Nose: Fermented and aged completely in stainless steel, the nose offers intense and lingering, flinty minerality and peach, giving way to apple blossom and sweet pea flower.
Palate: Matching the nose, the wine is light on its feet with crisp acidity, a light lemon curd, and a dusting of lime zest on the incessant, mineral finish.
