Become a winemaker with Caliza, where the magic happens in our Tin City Winemaking Facility!

Spend the day with Winemaker, Carl Bowker who will guide you through blending our estate Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre into your own version of our flagship wine, Azimuth. It will be a fully interactive experience with beakers, pipettes, and single-varietal, ready-to-blend wines!

Price: $85 per person

Alta/Vista Club Members receive a $20 discount per person (for up to 4 people)

The expertise of Caliza Winery's Winemaker & Proprietor, Carl Bowker as he guides you through his knowledge of the blending experience of his craft wines
A glass of 2020 Azimuth to sip on and refer back to as a benchmark for your blending experience
Approximately 185 mL of each single varietal wine (Grenache, Syrah, & Mourvèdre)
