Join us this October for the Paso Robles Harvest Wine Weekend! One of the many special things we will be doing to celebrate harvest is a collaborative dinner. This progressive Paella dinner will include Winemakers from both CALIZA & our neighboring winery NINER Wine Estates both pouring some of their best wines alongside a Spanish-inspired meal.
The evening will start at the CALIZA tasting room, with a sunset reception featuring wines from our estate vineyard along with a decadent array of Tapas to pair with the wines. For those hardy ones we may also include a short vineyard tour to view the harvest season in full swing. The dinner group will then drive through the backroads of Anderson Road and the NINER Heart Hill Vineyard (the benefit of being our neighbors!) to the NINER tasting room where you’ll enjoy an outdoor dinner under the olive trees. The Niner Executive Chef will be crafting amaizing Paella two different ways: one inspired by game and the second by shellfish. Dinner will include coursed pairings designed to highlight the wines from each vintner!
