Join us on the Saturday evening of President's Day Weekend for our annual dinner that all foodies and wine lovers will enjoy. Come gather inside our winery in Tin City where that wonderful, warm cellar aroma fills the air and your glass is never empty. Enjoy passed appetizers followed by a four-course meal paired with limited-release and library Caliza wines that you can't taste anywhere else.
As the Chef and Owner of Ember Restaurant, Brian Collins is known for his modern approach to regional Italian Cuisine on California’s Central Coast. Brian's reputation for creating delicious, honest food recently earned him a spot on the Michelin Guide, and Ember continues to be regarded as one of the best restaurants in SLO County.
