Please join us for a bountiful meal prepared by Chef Brian Collins of Ember Arroyo Grande.  This dinner will be featuring wines from Carl and Pam's personal library dating all the way back to opening day in 2008!  This is an extremely rare opportunity to taste (and purchase) wines from Caliza's past.  Enjoy an evening of wine, food, and fun at Caliza's production facility in the hip enclave of Tin City.
